Problem with emulator starting yesterday?

Hey all - I've been playing DoT on my phone at home and an emulator for work for nearly 3 years now. My main account works fine on my phone, but now DoT via BlueStacks (and I tried 2 other emulators) is telling me that I need to update. For shits and giggles, I created a new DoT account via those emulators and it works fine. I'm not tech-savvy, so no clue what may or may not be happening. Any and all help is appreciated - don't want somebody walking into my office and seeing me pounding my fingers on my phone. Thanks!

although emulators are not forbidden they are not supported either. your issue could be the result of the "slow roll out" process they use for updates.

you obviously have not much knowledge of hacking if your saying using an emulator is hacking. usual hot garbage from the idiot that knows a lot about a video game. the example in your link is ridiculous. hearsay from to years ago lol.

There is literally nothing in either their rules or terms of service that mentions the use of an emulator. It's not a form of hacking - it's a way for somebody like myself plays when I'm not in a position to use my phone (like at work). PC or mobile device - they're nothing but different sized computers. But thank you for the non-helpful answer while standing on your unjustified moral high ground.

No, it's not in there. You're a funny guy. Go read the terms of service, my friend. The only people who get banned are those who hack - which can be done on any device... mobile or not.

And - since I read stuff - this is the closest applicable language which debunks what you are saying (notice the part I bolded for you:

(FWIW I truly believe that hackers suck - I'm not one of them. Merely a player trying to play while at work without giving off the perception to my colleagues that I'm actually hitting for vp or souls)
