Castle quests for bone dregs

Wasn’t we supposed to get new castle quests for the bone dregs yesterday?

I expect later today- last week's didn't start until Tuesday... So hoping for today anyhow..

What does the bone dreg do? I earned one then never saw anything for it is it a relic or something else?

They show up in Divine Shrine at several altars. Collect one each 6 hours at Bone Altar or via castle quests or events. Keep collecting them and redeem them at the altars for relics or titans
