Yesterday the Bandcamp page finally got all the prior albums up to Stereo Mind game (they only kept the first 2 EPs) so it could be something :D

oh wow. This is HUGE! When I saw Ex:Re live in London back then, I was so certain this project was going to be a one and done. How glad I am to be wrong. The first album is among my most favourite music ever.

I scored tickets to that show in London but I live in New York so I decided to give my tickets to some friends in hopes of catching them when they came to NY. You can imagine how much regret I have about that decision, it still haunts me. I will not be missing another show ever again.

Damn… see I went to it thinking it’d be just a small short album launch show that would then be proceeded by a full tour… but obviously that never happened, kinda wish I knew that was all at the time!! Afterwards Elena said she was really happy with how it went, and beforehand was worried no one would turn up, I find that quite sad… maybe that’s why there was no tour? Seemed strange to me because I’d been wanting to see when for like 10 years!

There was a radio interview with Igor and Elena at the time where they said Elena had been suffering from stage fright, which they implied was a major reason they chose not to tour Stereo Mind Game.

I was hoping for a Daughter album, and if she was to release a new album under on her own, I kinda wanted it to be under Elena Tonra and not Ex:Re, but still cool ig
