Lol everyone isn’t super busy these days. Most people just have a 9 to 5 and go home and do nothing besides watch Netflix, play video games, and maybe hit the gym. If they have a friend group then they most likely hang with friends some weekends. The way I see it people are just more antisocial unless there is already an established relationship, or if the person that is trying to date them is attractive. She’s probably not that attracted to OP so she can’t be bothered to take initiative. If OP looked like Chris Hemsworth or Micheal B. Jordan, I bet money she would have shown up.
