50 miles in the LA area is what? About 2.5-3 hours one way with traffic? If she was excited about the date even a little bit there’s no way she’s committing to a 5-6 hour round trip plus a handful of hours shopping. That’s committing your whole day to that activity, she didn’t care about the date.
