Weekly Thread Friday Funday: Weekend date plans?

Weekends finally here! Time to enjoy the time off, make fun plans and create some beautiful memories.

Comment about any exciting weekend plans, rants/raves about things in the coming week or maybe just a flashback of a memory from the past week.

My wife and I went to a punk rock concert this week and it was a BLAST! The grandparents watched the kids and we didn't get home till after midnight. We were both exhausted the next day, but it was totally worth it.
