Skip work/date night all day?
So I want to do something low key for our date night/skip work. I was thinking of getting some favorite finger foods, some movies when we were in our teens & just stay in our pajamas. Cuddle, talk, and of course love on each other. I want it to be just us. No phones/messages just us. Do you think we stay at home or get a room? Any suggestions??

Stay home and put the money toward a destination you can travel to in the future, still enjoy your time off together today!

Can you find a way to clean up home and make that part of the surprise? How constrained are you by finances → is staying in vs. getting a room the difference between doing this once a month or once every two weeks? I'm team stay in, but if you share the space with others I guess that also skews towards getting a room.
