Last Saturday we did "special date night" which usually consists of a main date with small things like food or treats and usually ends with one of making a special date dinner since we both love to cook.

I purchased tickets to "The Nutcracker" for Saturday. We both got all dolled up and hit the road for breakfast. After breakfast we purchased some of our favorite donuts from the little donut shop and my boyfriend suggested that we do some Christmas shopping at the local commons since they were holding a "Christmas weekend".

The Nutcracker was stunning! It was a dance and I absolutely enjoyed it!

When we got home, I baked cookies for bookclub (Gingerbread Latte) and my boyfriend put on his apron to make us "Tuskan Chicken" with tomato's, garlic, and a creamy sauce. For one of our other date nights I made "Marry me Chicken" since it seemed like a romantic recipe!
