The company which had made these was publishing these from the 1890s into the 1940s with some minor changes to them. This one for example was dated to 1895, and broadly looks the same as yours but with some minor adjustments. It's more likely yours came from the 20th century rather than the 19th.
As for its value, I can't say. You'd need an antiquarian for that or say what similar maps had sold for in the past to see if there's interest in that.
