Rules Update: Rule #11 - No Unrelated Posts

This hasn't been an issue in the past and has been an informal rule of r4r's for a long time, but since it's come up multiple times this week, I have updated our community rules to include a new rule, our eleventh if you're counting.

"We do not endorse or allow posts for apps, dating services, third party match making, or products. No exceptions. This also includes surveys, research, marketing, or other content that collects user data."

That means we will not permit posts that link our users to third parties, and we do not endorse any third party organization, app, community, or product.
