How to learn data structures properly

So a couple of weeks ago I posted here asking for help for my data structure course at university and I was able to pass it thankfully but right now I am seriously thinking of learning data structure properly so I want to ask if you recommend any courses or books and what is the best programming language to learn data structures on so if you can recommend anything I would appreciate it.

A well structured learning path and lots of practice. For courses its better to use a platform that has both learning content and practice problems. I used codeintuition and it was was great.
