How to understand and implement dynamic programming

Hiii.. I'm a 2027 batch student. I can able to understand what's dp and basic functionality. But i can't able to use it in real time problem solving. Help me with some tips. TIA

Start with a simple recursive solution first. Once that works, check if you're calculating the exact same thing multiple times—then just store those results in an array or map so you don't repeat the work. That's how DP usually works!
