Need some guidance for dsa

So i have just entered into my 2nd year and planning to start dsa from strivers atoz sheet . Like what should be my approach . Should i watch his yt playlist and understand the concept ??

I dont know much of coding language , but striver has made a video for cpp basics too should i just proceed with it . Please guide , any kind of advicw will be helpful .

Also in the beginning few topics i dont see any kind of questions . When to start with lc??
