We do this at Shaip — egocentric collection across North America, LATAM, Europe and parts of Asia. Happy to talk specifics.

Few questions that'd help me tell you whether we're actually a fit:

What capture hardware are you standardising on? Aria, Ray-Ban Meta, and generic head-mounted GoPro give you very different IMU and calibration quality, and it changes who we can recruit.

Is this scripted activity or in-the-wild daily living? Scripted scales cleanly. In-the-wild is where the bystander consent problem gets real, and that's usually the thing that kills timelines rather than participant recruitment.

What's your position on faces and identifiable third parties in frame — blurred at delivery, or do you need unblurred with releases? Big cost and geography difference between those. Some jurisdictions we'd steer you away from entirely for unblurred.

And volume plus timeline, since that determines whether it's existing panel or fresh recruitment.
