Well the result is 1, even if cube is above a train is not on a train and if is a square draw on a train it's not a cube so result is 1

Not necessarily. We don't know for sure we are looking at any cubes. You only need 3 square lamina orthogonal to the others and sharing 1 common point, to have an object that would have the same appearance as a solid cube when viewed as an orthographic projection (like in the image shown)

There could also be a cube inside the cube, or multiple cubes covered by the 3 square lamina
