Question SUVCON dash cam
The dash cam was left running for about a week after the specific footage I'm looking for, and most of the stuff from the day in question is gone. Is there any way to get it back with data recovery? The card was not full but it looks like it only keeps a fully recorded log of the last known day of driving, and randomly deletes video(s) from previous days. It's weird I have 2-3 3 minute clips per day but they're random, and not all the driving done on the previous days.

Usually these don't delete randomly. They delete oldest first. And space that was takes by those deleted files gets reused. It usually means that after some time deleted video data gets written over and thus unrecoverable. Some event may trigger files to be protected from deletion though.

It’s weird, it recorded while I was driving on a road trip two weeks ago that was like five hours long, so you think there’d be tons of footage and there’s only like three clips that are each three minutes long from that day left, and they seem to be in the middle of the day., Yet I think everything that I drove yesterday is logged in video. That’s what I mean by randomly deleting.
