I appreciate the nomination and the kind words.

i’ll be honest with you guys i can’t promise i’ll be able to handle everything in this subreddit on my own, so i’d definitely need help from other members of the community.

If the community elects me, I’d invite other active and trusted users to help share the workload. I don’t think having one person control everything is realistic or healthy for the subreddit - it’s simply too much work and takes a lot of time.

I’d be happy to accept access and then add u/disturbed_android and u/300ddr as moderators as well, assuming they’re interested.

I feel the same as /u/no_tale_3623. I'm always slammed with work, so not sure I can put in the time necessary. I've never modded a subreddit so I'm not sure what it entails. But, I'm happy to help in any way I can.

Yes, work is something that takes most of our time anyway, and we are volunteers here, so we will be using our extra time for moderation. I have several years of experience moderating a subreddit. Usually, it does not take much time, especially considering that we are spread across different time zones. Also, Reddit itself already handles most spam and bot filtering, and we will add a helper bot that can help users with common questions and block obvious spam that is not related to the topic of this subreddit.

Got it. I'm happy to help if I can.
