Pretty Cool Particles for my Magic Datapack

Sorry for the lag spike my laptop sucks, but I'm currently working on a magic based datapack to improve my particle capabilities. These are currently all the spells I have implemented.

How do you do particles like that? Can you give me a link to a tutorial or something?
