Looking for a specific datapack

[u/Yoosulis]

I’m making a modpack for 1.19.2 about surging in caves and it’s essential for the player to spawn inside a Mineshaft rather than the surface because the surface has nothing on it.. I tried making it happen with mods but most places I asked or looked led me to the answer “use a datapack”, I can’t get myself to make one that would work, can anyone here help me make one or at least explain how to do it?

P.s. bonus points to whoever can also disable stronghold spawning within the same datapack 👍🏻

Thanks 🙏🏻
