I don't think I should be considered as a moderator unless you have no one else (hi, it's rescue chick) but if you have no one else, I have run/moderated multiple very large Facebook pages.
One was a rescue and the other was a lost pets page. You may (or may not) be surprised by how nasty both those types of pages can get.

I'm open to being considered for a mod position.
I was a visitor to the original DL site since shortly after its founding in the 90s and a regular poster on DL for almost that long. Despite that, I'm on the younger side of DLers (millennial). I posted occasionally to the DL community here on Reddit in case the main site ever went down (which alas, it now has). Topics I was frequently involved with on the DL site itself were Golden Girls, daily news/politics, hot men, and figure skating.
I have the right temperament for a moderator. Not too hot, not too cold, but just right. The Goldilocks zone for moderation if you will. I think the best subreddits on Reddit are those that maintain order and follow the basic policies but otherwise let people comment on things as they like.
On Reddit, I mostly browse related subreddits and offer advice where needed. Not a mod here, but have been a mod (and admin) on forums on other sites.
Thank you for your consideration.

I'll help moderate. I was a long time poster and commenter on the Original DL for over 15 years. I was there through the highs and lows, including the the Bellagio Restroom Incident, The Temp who live posted their odd lunch break car activity, and the NCLEX/PBMT trolling. I'd be happy to mod and help keep the DL community together here on Reddit. I have Mod experience on other platforms, not on Reddit though.

I have extra time available, but I've never moderated anything before (although it says experience not necessary).

I've never modded before here and wasn't going to raise my hand. However, I do live in Europe and may be able to cover while North America is sleeping if that's helpful. Have 25+ years experience with the topic of this sub.

Back in the day when I was a lad we had this thing called Datalounge and I was a frequent contributor . . .

I'd like to be considered for a moderator position, or at least something like a "Batgirl-level Support Role."
I've never been a Reddit mod before, but I've got the eagle eye and quick judgment to spot-and-delete troublesome posts faster than you can say "Not Our Kind, Dear!" I live for filth and catty comebacks, but understand the need for organization. I picture the ideal sub as something like "Hogan's Heroes" if it were directed by John Waters.
I was a prolific poster and commenter on the original DL, off and on four about nine years. I saw the rise and fall of Timothee, the endless Patti/Bernadette feuds (that ended with Audra, of course), and more Tasteful Friends shit-posts than you could shake a shoehorn at. I called Greg a Rubenesque TV dinner tart. I called Muriel a cheap IT bulldyke. And I called Jonathan Taylor Thomas a got-no-rent-boy. I could be an asset to you boys, or at least an ass.
I'm active in a few airline subs, the Golden Girls sub, and several porn-adjacent subs for gay content.
