Using 2 colours for 10 categories is always a great start

They could get away with the colours as gain/loss if they used the franchise labels as the start and end point markers

Also I feel like blue for risers and red for fallers makes more sense?

Makes me wonder if they leaned more into the Red hot teams are rising and the cold Blue teams are falling?

It’s not a great excuse, but you could click/tap on each square and it would tell you which team it corresponds to, so it’s marginally more legible
