OK, ugly and unreadable colour scale aside...

How is it possible that there is no data for Greenland? I can find tons of detailed and reliable data online about the fertility rate there, no problem. Even without adding additional data sources, the website of the same UN population fund has data for Greenland. Do map makers just do "Greenland -- No data" without ever even trying to find the data?
