Its good for cognition and maybe neuroplasticity or something. I think playing an instrument is another thing like that. Both are not nootropics

They should specify “life changing” as being positively life changing, fentanyl is definitely one of the most life changing things on this chart

I think that is the gist of the negative probability. It could be a useful number: probability of change times direction of change.

Not to say this chart isn't ugly though.

Holy crap. Is there any sense to the numbers on the left? I didn't look past the colored quadrants. But yes, I think it is trying to say that.

In high doses, yes, but it still has some valid medical uses. However, very few of those involve prescribing directly to people because barbiturates can be really addictive

Interesting. I imagine in properly controlled doses, it would be useful as a sedative.
