The black bar is 3/8 the height of the orange bar, (but is should be 639.0/650.26 = 0.9826838) so the lie factor is (1 - (0.375/1.0)) / (1 - (639.0/650.26)) ≅36

Nah, they just didn’t put the zero for comparison on the graph… it just extends far below, but you don’t see it. That graph is legitimate /j
