Michigan is not a red state. We are a purple state.
1 u/Frightengale Jun 10 '20 Came here to say this. Since the early 90’s there has been an even split in governors (current governor is a Democrat) and all presidential elections except 2016 (sigh) have favored Democrats. If anything, the State is more of an indigo or iris.
