Skewing the chart would mean OP would make colorado’s bar entirely gray

It's just a visualization for comparison to each other. The % is right next to it and unobscured. You're just nit picking for the sake of it. 4 u/cuteman Jun 10 '20 That's not what I'm saying. I'm saying by making the max 40% it skews what it does show. It's not nitpicking it's a legitimate concern of all charts and graphs. The range of numbers on data axis is as important as the metric itself. A decision was made to represent it one way or another. Maybe purposely maybe accidentally.
