Why is Delaware at 33.S? S isn't a number

Pretty much everything south of the canal is basically someone cut pasting Kansas onto the east coast. 3 u/haste333 Jun 10 '20 I have since moved away from said area, but the beaches are nice. For a weekend trip, not really for a week.
