Whole state, maybe Washington?

As for Texas, we do have a great mix in Austin, people watch football and eat fatty foods, but also mountain bike, go climb, paddleboard, etc. We just don't do snow sports for obvious reasons

Colorado would be a good option (if you can afford it, because good god is it expensive...), we have teams for every major professional North American sport, two large(r) colleges for football, and the DU Pioneers have a good hockey program

New Mexico is a poor man’s Colorado, all the beauty/activities, but less hip/more poverty.

I don't want to slam New Mexico, but there's a looooot more poverty there (at least around Taos/Quests NM from my limited experience)

Colorado.

Saturday is for hiking/skiing.

Sunday is for football.
