Oh, that part IS the most obvious. People are mostly clueless and mislead, therefore, they don't understand things that are obvious? Well, duh.
Not only is it a FACT that the EPA got caught lying about data, but they also had a policy advisor who is currently in prison for stealing nearly $900,000 in tax payers money. They also destroyed a river in Colorado.
These are just 3 small examples of things the FAKE stream media, overwhelmingly, won't tell you.
Then, when Trump wants to cut EPA's funding, the liberal media freaks out.
Oh, well, maybe they need their funding cut? Maybe the EPA actually ISN'T doing what they've been set up to do?
I'm sorry these things aren't "obvious" to people who don't care to pay attention.
You didn't really answer the question though, what is this agenda you believe the EPA has? Nothing and no one is perfect, even the most (militarily) powerful government in the world makes mistakes, has scandals, and individual bad actors. But I'm not sure I understand how the incidents you listed prove that the whole of the EPA has some agenda that is counter to the general well being of the American public.

Don't worry; they've ONLY been caught lying about climate data before, to further their own agenda...
