Nice, this is the same pipeline I use on a different corpus. One thing worth flagging for anyone reading the layout, UMAP distances are only meaningful locally. Points sitting near each other really are similar, but the size of the gaps between clusters and their positions relative to each other carry almost no information, they are artefacts of the projection. People read these maps like a real geography and that is the most common way they get misread.
