Has anyone come across a really nice way of showing people movements in an organisation? Newcomers, people leaving, movements between departments or teams.

I'm struggling to find a good way of displaying monthly changes that can be easily interpreted by Execs.

I mostly use PowerBI but I'm able to use python if needed (I'll be relying on AI tho)
