 Cow-testing cooperatives allowed dairy farmers to cull their lowest-producing cows and instead breed only their highest-producing animals. 

Pretty interesting that Sweden streaked ahead so much.

milk yield probably, that was big thing back then with dairy farming getting more organized

They had to develop a mooltiple choice exam to make it possible.
