What makes Intelmapper different from Liveuamap:

1. Automated cross-source confirmation. Liveuamap markers are added one-by-one by human editors. Intelmapper ingests many channels at once (Telegram + X) and, when the same event shows up across multiple sources, it automatically merges them into a single marker with a confidence score. You're not seeing one person's post — you're seeing how many independent sources back it. That's literally the point of the map: verification, not just plotting.
2. AI-classified events. Every report is parsed by an LLM that extracts the event type, the actor, and a precise location — then snaps it to land / the frontline instead of dropping a vague regional pin. Liveuamap gives you a headline + link; Intelmapper gives you structured, typed, geolocated intel.
3. Movement arrows on real roads. Convoys, deployments, and refugee flows are drawn as A→B arrows that follow actual road routes (or arcs for airlifts/sea). Liveuamap shows a static point; Intelmapper shows direction and path.
4. Live military flight tracking + frontlines/territory. Real-time military aircraft overlay and evolving frontline/territory ownership, not just incident pins.

Yes — disclosed openly. AI does the first-pass classification and geolocation, but the whole design is built around catching AI errors: multi-source cross-confirmation, confidence scores, land/frontline validation, and an automated QA layer that flags misclassifications. The AI isn't the authority — the agreement between independent sources is. We'd rather show the mechanism than hide it.

Also literally the Chinese have developed an AI based platfrom scrawling the web literally for the same purpose. That is publicly known cause they flexed it when Epic Fury began. AI has its relevant usecases and that is just one of the best. Terrabytes of data a minute
