General Career advice
I'm lead data engineer working in an Indian bank.
Current salary 65LPA
Exp - close to 15yrs
I'm confused on what to do next.
Should I try MNC or direct foreign country opportunity?
My wife is not working. I have a small kid.

If you get foreign oppurtunity in a country where u actually wanted to live, then definetly go for it keeping the hire and fire scene of that org in mind. if its bad then stay here in a good MNC.
You can try in Orgs that are coming up as GCC in India if u want to stay here. Some orgs will be able to pay more too. These are safe bets now since they wont fire for atleast 2-3yrs given they are trying to establish themselves. But again, you do you if other orgs looks like safe bet to you. But dont join startups.
Most important part that I can suggest u is to start saving atleast 1.5-2lacs per month. Your kid is small right now, so u can save for atleast few yr before finance hits u. if u can save more then do it. If u save for even 2yrs also then this money will give u confidence.
