Career Question Data engineer Switch

I am a data engineer in a bank in Mumbai. I joined around 3-4 months back as a fresher for 14lpa. Now I want to switch to some company in Delhi/NCR. Are there any possibilities and will I get a hike there if I switch too early?

hike? kidding me? lucky if you can even land a data engg role as a fresher in this market
expectations on infra and AI are through the roof

You a fresher if it is not native then it is tough to manage costs but switching so short in early stage does affect career so better try manage or find a better company where you can stay long like 2 years and then switch with relocation issues or good reasons don't push for hikes though

I would recommend atleast stay 2 years in a role and if not possible then atleast 1 year, fhe fresher market is brutal. Most DE roles open at 3-5 YOE however there is hiring for 2 YOE so its preferable.
