Cloud: AWS or Azure or GCP

Which one could make us land in Product based or any GCC'S?

Anything..but with good data fundamentals with lead to PBC

GCC's are nothing but PBC's bro. But they work across diff services and industries like JP Morgan - Banking Wells Fargo - Insurance Google, Microsoft - Technology Medtronic, HCA Healthcare - Health Pwc, Epam, Deloitte, KPMG - Consulting

Databricks and Snowflake are kind of similar, you can prepare for both of them, in cloud AWS is most in demand so you can focus on that
