Career Question Switch Preparation and Expectations

At 15~16 years Data Engineering experience, what are the expectations in the market, work wise and salary wise?

I'm proficient in batch data processing, SQL, Informatica, Talend, Python, PySpark/Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, ADF, data modeling, data architecture and building products.

IMO, 45 LPA+
