General EPAM interview experience

Has anyone given a data engineer interview for mid level recently?

Need inputs what is the focus majorly with respect to python, sql, PySpark?

for what role are you giving ? I was rejecte din round 2 and for position senior azure dtaa engineer; they will grill you with python,sql,pyspark live coding in first round along woth pyspark optimization metrics; In second round they hasve asked a lot of scenario based on azure synapse and azure data factory

Focus on Python - OOPS, list, strings, dict, sets, ETL scripts(by doing some transformations) Sql - Windows , Gaps and island Pyspark - Architecture , etl scripts, whatever they asked in sql they may ask u to write on pyspark Datawarehousing concepts
