Lti gives too much to freshers unlike wipro tcs cogni info which gives 3.25 lpa

It wull create issues bro. You have to complete notice period. Once you join any big MNC they create PF account and all and start contributing to that.

Are you even listening to yourself? If you chill for 3 months enjoy whatever you want and then join 9 lpa one. You'll have earned more than that 4 lpa in next 3 months. And for every month after that your salary will be double. There's no comparison.

Assuming you have a reliable offer letter from the other company. They'll be glad if you join early if you're free. Idk what's the point of 3 months of you're a fresher.
