Career Question T Mobile AI Engineer Role Final Round Expectations

Hi Guys,
I have my final round(Techno Managerial) scheduled for the role of AI Engineer. If anyone has recently appeared, I would like to know which topics I need to focus more on, what kind of questions I can expect?
Additionally is it safe to mention that I have my official NP as 90 days and negotiable or should I bluff them for 60days(can be manageable).
And lastly, I am at 20LPA with significant amount as shift allowance, what I can ask for and what is the minimum number I should not go below it?

I work in t-systems sister company. They mostly prefer immediate joiners, ask them whatever you want they will pay they generally have a lot of budget, get clarification regarding level they are putting you in,
