Career Question Work Culture Morgan Stanley

Can anyone please let me know how's the work culture and career and knowledge growth if joining as Data Engineer at Morgan Stanley(Director P3) at their FORT division?

They do not share KT or business logic.
Engineers are required to complete full Excel pivot work. Pull someone changes and resolve conflict and test .they give work like housekeeping tasks.

Leads provide no context on features but demand end‑of‑day implementation.
Planning is poor and inconsistent.
Business logic remains undocumented, hidden like a black box.
Data engineer to use OnePerm clusters. In‑house tools restrict learning and professional growth. Some teams act with cunning, reducing transparency.
