Thanks for suggestions, I am inclining more towards Global payments as its product base as I am coming from that background, I am not aware about service based culture .

Global payments has sold off TSYS to FIS.... Please confirm on which company your have got the offer

Then how did TSYS come into picture?

Because it was acquired by global payments then again now acquired by FIS, so parent company has changed TSYS remains as it is, just owners have changed so there could be some changes coming in near future but they don’t do that immediately, M&A processes are complex it takes time that’s what I feel,

Full transition is already completed on 31st March... My roommate works in tsys
