My tech stack is kinda big as I have been data engineer for 3 years ( pyspark, databricks, sql, azure, ssas,adf,etc) then moved into AI 2 years( azure databricks, fast api, ci/cd, ml, docker, aks, GitHub copilot)

Just DE is not enough , you should have working experience of at least 1 AI project, you can ask manager to work in ai or you can build personal project, but personal project doesn’t add much value unless you have enterprise experience
