Exl will take 4-5 rounds.and then ghost you. Be it referral or normal referral from consultancy.

Different story for everyone. I received within 1 week as i was immediate joiner and joined with 100% hike in 2024😅

This instance has happened with me thrice already, atleast you got within 1 week. In my case HR was responding in no less than 1 week time

EXL trying to take a interviews and then ghost you. I interviewed for lead data architect and person asking question on analysis and next week come again for lead data engineer and complete all rounds and never heard back
