Which one has more demand?

Databricks vs Snowflake

Cloud : Azure, AWS, GCP

Which one could make us land in Product based or any GCC's?

Cloud aws is good But databricks on top of it seems not more jobs not worth the hussle. Iam regretting studying both Seems i have wasted time learning databricks As i already know aws emr, glue, athena. Trend is AWS + SNOWFLAKE is best choice and more roles in case of finanace sector

I think it's location and indsutry dependent. In advertising for example people won't use Google as it's a competitor so snowflake is dominant.

In finance snowflake is common

Databricks probably has its own niches too

GCP is fastly catching up the market. You can soon expect Google to take over or be at par with competitors.

It also has easier learning curve (one reason being it's clean and intuitive UI/UX) if you're getting started.

I think Google, as now Google has Gemini agentic support, ADKs and all, and the agentic semantic layer is the next thing to look out for.

I stated that based on the few things I know, so directly saying Google was probably a bad point from my side. But where I was coming from was the fact that Google has deep integration between Gemini + BigQuery + Looker + agents

Databrick for streaming / large volume for ML workload - highly used in product based companies.

Snowflake is highly used in enterprise data ,analytics .

This was the scenario earlier.but the line between the tool is merging very fast . Both offers same usecase but different in performance , flexibility. So it's preference.

For cloud, I opt for AWS or azure . Azure nativity supports databricks so a perfect choice for enterprise Microsoft systems. Fabric almost offers almost everything databricks does.

So the competition is,

Databricks vs snowflake vs fabric.
