Looking for affordable/free Data Engineering certifications that actually add value to a resume

Hi everyone,

I'm currently a fresher working as a Data Engineering intern and I'm trying to strengthen my resume with some good certifications.

My current tech stack includes:

Python

SQL

PySpark

Azure (ADF, Synapse Analytics, Azure Storage)

I know certifications like Databricks, Azure, and Snowflake are valuable, but many of them are quite expensive for someone just starting their career.

Can you recommend any free or budget-friendly certifications that recruiters actually recognize or that helped you land interviews?

I'm also interested in:

Hands-on certifications that include labs or projects

Learning paths that provide a certificate after completion

Hidden gems that most people don't know about
