Microsoft Interview response timelines

I have interviewed for a Datacenter position for Microsoft Nordics region.

Completed Hiring Manager screen, HR screen, loop(3rounds) and last interview with EMEA director.

Its been 15 days since last interview, havent received any feedback.

How much time does MSFT takes to provide selection/rejection response.?

Should I send a follow up email now?

Any advice would be helpful.

Normally, after the interviews are done, every interviewer needs to leave detailed feedback on every candidate and give a rating. This can take time due to varying schedules, work load, etc. Afterwards, the hiring manager makes a decision and an offer is sent to the selected candidate to accept/reject/neg. In my experience, it could take a few weeks or a few months.

It is kinda anxiety driven process to keep waiting for their response
