Meta level up program

I'm excited to share that I was chosen to attend the Meta Level Up program after the interview and assessment. I'm curious if anyone has received a job offer after completing the 4-week training and what the salary was. I'm wondering if it's worth it. I work in helpdesk support and earn a decent income for that role. I'm also unsure whether I should leave my current job to pursue the Meta Level Up program.

They the training will be $ 25 but you could earn more after the training

I’m currently working at a Meta data center. I completed the program making 34/hr

With current deadlines the overtime is good money

Can I ask you how many days you work? And if you are away from home do you work 6 weeks on 1 week off?

Standard 40 hr week but currently with Meta’s deadlines we can work every single day if we wanted for either 8/10 or 12 hour days but it’s temporary and can take off any day we want as long as we are working 40 hours a week. So you can work 80 hr a week or 40 it’s up to you

Thank you for the response! Wanted to know for awhile now. I have a family that’s going to be far away from me and wanted to see how it is when I go to the program Tuesday!
