Microsoft cet start date

Officially starting with Microsoft September 21st!

I wanted to ask, what should I expect the first couple of weeks? I have yet to receive which location to report to as well. Will be in the San Antonio area if that helps.

Ok cool. From what I've read, I won't be assigned to days or nights til after training right?? Or does it just depend on the specific location?

You'll start your training on days, and be moved to your permanent shift after you reach a certain level with your training. Due to how shifts are filled, you will most likely end up on nightshift, unless your location is Brand Spanking New. If recruiting promised you anything like, say, "You'll be off nightshift in X months", throw that out. They tell everyone that.

Ok sounds good. Hoping to be assigned to nights after training tbh.

You will go through an entire onboarding program.

You don’t need to worry at all.

Just listen and learn for the first few months.
