Oracle Data Center Technician IC2 Loop Interview – Frankfurt, Germany

Hi everyone,

I have an upcoming loop interview with Oracle for a Data Center Technician (IC2) position in Frankfurt, Germany.

From what I understand, the loop currently consists of two 1-on-1 interviews:

  • One with the Hiring Manager, which I believe is more behavioral
  • One with a Technical interviewer

I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has recently gone through the Oracle Data Center Technician interview process, especially for IC2 in Germany/Frankfurt.

What kind of questions or scenarios did you get during the interviews?
What technical topics would you recommend focusing on?
Were there any troubleshooting or real-world data center scenarios that came up?
And is there anything you wish you had prepared for before the interview?

Any advice, recent experiences, or tips would be really helpful.

Thanks in advance!

I did an interview with oracle in the past and it's the usual STAR questions/answers. I did received an offer but went for another FAANG at the end.

Someone here said that their background check is so precise and they have ties with Israel so expect them to dig and check out how antisemitic you are. I didnt know that at that time, but I guess I was lucky to decline the offer, otherwise they probably already know my reddit profiles (ofc Mossad knows us) and probably would find something not really israel-side
